Frank Wiggins is in his fifth year as principal of Youngsville Elementary School. The native of Kinston, NC is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and East Carolina University. He received his Master's in School Administration from East Carolina University in 2000. Mr. Wiggins has 24 years of experience in school administration, having served students at both elementary and secondary levels as a principal and assistant principal. Prior to that he was a middle school teacher and coach with Vance County Schools. During his career, Mr. Wiggins has completed the Principal Executive and Distinguished Leaders in Practice programs. He resides in Henderson, NC with his wife Sandra and they have three grown children. Mr. Wiggins enjoys reading, bicycle riding, and spending time at the beach. He has a passion for studying history and archaeology.

Hey Jr. Jags family. I look forward to returning as your assistant principal for the 2023 -2024 school year. Last year the warmth and support I received from this community were heartwarming, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue contributing to the growth and development of our students. I am genuinely excited about the possibilities this new school year holds for all of us. Together, let us continue to foster a community of learning, growth, and mutual support. I am honored to be a part of this incredible school community, and I look forward to the shared experiences, achievements, and memories that await us.

Before joining the YES family, Mr. Williams was a health and physical education teacher at Cedar Creek Middle School for eight and a half years. During that time, he was an athletic coach, elective team lead, beginning teacher mentor, school improvement team member, and district health/physical education personal learning community facilitator.

Mr. Williams completed his Bachelor of Arts in Health and Physical Education from Lenoir-Rhyne University. He received his Master of School Administration from Western Carolina University.
